First and foremost, we prioritize our clients' goals and needs. Their success is our top priority, and we’re here to make their real estate journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We can’t help our clients achieve their goals if we don’t fully understand them. It’s vital that you ask questions, listen, and understand so that you can effectively represent them.

Commit to learning. Whether it’s podcasts, CE classes, office meetups, or tapping your fellow Nesters for advice—growth is part of the job. Better agents = better outcomes.

You can’t do this part-time. Real estate is too complex, the markets change too quickly, and there’s too much at stake. Our clients deserve agents who are all in.

Real estate is emotional. Take the time to understand where your clients are coming from and what they truly need.

We don’t believe a single agent can fairly represent both sides. That’s why we don’t do it. Ever.

 

The initial consultation is key to setting expectations for the real estate journey. Take the time to lay a strong foundation, set clear expectations, and prepare your clients for success from day one.

We sweat the small stuff so our clients don’t have to. Have an eagle eye for details—contract language, dates and legal deadlines, inspection reports, zoning laws, etc.—to ensure you are setting your client up for absolute success. 

You’re not expected to be on-call 24/7, but be responsive. A delayed reply can mean real stress for a client. Keep them in the loop.

Say what you mean. Do what you say. Every time.

Our relationships don’t end at the closing table. Stay connected, offer support, and show up for your people—long after the transaction is done. There is no such thing as a "past client" in our Nest vocabulary. 

You’re a fiduciary. Take this to heart.

It’s not just a legal duty—it’s a mindset. Prioritize your clients’ interests with care, loyalty, confidentiality, and full transparency.

Every listing deserves your best. Whether the market is hot or not, ensure top-notch staging, photography, marketing, and maximum exposure, regardless of the price. You and your clients should be proud of every marketing package you develop. Don’t stop short. Go all in, every single time.

You’re not doing this alone. Build a trusted network of pros—contractors, lenders, inspectors—and lean on your fellow Nesters to keep that list strong.

We believe in delivering exceptional service by working within our areas of expertise. If something’s outside your wheelhouse, don’t wing it. Pass it on to someone who can serve the client better. It’s the smart, professional thing to do.

Clients should never have to guess what comes next. Keep them informed so there are no surprises.
