  • View: This is without a doubt the east-facing side of the home. This is the side with many mature trees that create a private, enclosed feel. This combined with great morning sunlight pouring into your windows create some of the most peaceful mornings.
  • Room: The kitchen is the best room of the house. We personally have enjoyed preparing and cooking our meals with all the ample space for two people to work simultaneously. Its layout makes entertaining guests a breeze.
  • Tree: All of them! The setting is idyllic!
  • Walk: There are many amenities within walking distance of the home: Two grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Target) and a community square which includes a hair/nail salon, restaurants, food trucks and a beer/wine bar and shop. Near Greenway and walking trails.
  • Hike: William B. Umstead State Park is a short two miles away with well-marked trails for running, hiking and biking. If we want to do a long run, the Tobacco Trail is a comfortable seventeen minute drive.
  • Breakfast: One of our favorite places locally to grab good coffee and a hearty and healthy breakfast has been Fount in Morrisville.
  • Lunch: We highly recommend Pro's Epicurean Market and Cafe for lunch. The food and ambiance are delightful. Additionally, everything on their menu can accommodate a gluten free diet.
  • Dinner: Bosphorus Restaurant in Cary is one of our favorite spots for dinner. We highly recommend the lamb kabob.
  • Pub/Winery: We love love love the Cotton House in downtown Cary for a brew. Good outdoor seating and will often have a food truck.
  • Living Here Has Been: Living in our home has been overall a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet and safe. Its central location within the Triangle has been huge for flexibility in quick access to highways that get us to Durham, Chapel Hill or Raleigh for our jobs or visiting friends. Furthermore, living here is only a nine min drive to the airport without any flight patterns flying over the neighborhood -- best of both worlds. We will certainly miss all the positives memories that come with living here, but confident that these experiences will continue with the next owner.
