  • View: When the leaves are down, there is a beautiful Mountain View from the back deck.
  • Room: The front deck is lovely to sit and have a drink or have a friends over. It is surprisingly quiet there in the evenings.
  • Tree: There are many trees around the property!
  • Hike: We loved to take our dogs down to the river for a walk. We would park near New Belgium brewery. When we were done walking, we would stop in and have a beer!
  • Breakfast: We really don?t eat out for breakfast.
  • Lunch: Madness has great burgers and fries. We ate there right when we were deciding to make an offer on this house. And it is the last place I ate with my neighbors!
  • Dinner: A Taste of San Salvador is less than 5 minutes away. Delicious food and reasonably priced.
  • Pub/Winery: Wicked Weed was our favorite brewery. Either the downtown location or the west location. Great beer, good food and always a great experience.
  • Living Here Has Been: A new experience for us! We have always lived in the suburbs but decided we wanted to live close to downtown Asheville. We put Wicked Weed in as a center point and looked for houses with 15 minutes of the brewery (told you we liked that brewery!). Myra Place is a wonderful quiet community with sincere and thoughtful neighbors. Really enjoyed our time in this house.
