  • Walk: One of the best features of this house is it's location. Within ten minutes, we are able to walk to our choice of several coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, parks/playgrounds and various open-air farmers' markets, art fairs and pop-up thrift markets.
  • Hike: We enjoy urban hiking - walking through downtown, around the American Tobacco Campus and along the Tobacco trail.
  • Breakfast: We enjoy Press, Monuts and Foster's for breakfast. If you prefer something within walking distance, Geer Street Garden & Dame's are awesome options!
  • Lunch: You can't go wrong with Luna, but we also enjoy the atmosphere of MotorCo and Hutchin's Garage.
  • Dinner: There are several great options all within walking distance, including Littler, Little Bull, Cucciolo Osteria and Viceroy.

  • Living Here Has Been: We spent four amazing years in our home -- this is the home we lived in when we got married and it is also where we started our family together. Over the years we have had numerous friends and family stay with us, and there is a tremendous amount of laughter, love and memories associated with this house. We will miss the privilege of caring for such a beloved Durham home, and we will even miss the occasional slow drive-bys of Bull Durham super fans.
