- Dinner: Appalachia at The Lodge on Lake Lure
- Pub/Winery: Chimney Rock Brewing - have a cold beer and great food right by the river!!
- Living Here Has Been: We have loved our Lake Lure home!! The space is perfect for having MANY family and friends for gatherings and days on the lake. Having the two houses gives everyone their own space while enjoying ALL the property has to offer together. The sun deck is incredible for evenings to enjoy sunsets and the firepit. We love paddling and swimming in the coves that lead to the main chanel- it's so private where we are on the lake! We love boating all over the lake- being mid lake enables us to enjoy both sides of the lake easily. We enjoy boating to the marina, to dinner, taking sunset cruises, skiiing, tubing, kayaking and more. Our pups have loved the lake as much as we do. We are going to truly miss our slice of lakefront Lake Lure heaven!! Our daughters have both moved to the northeast so we will be spending our vacation time there. We will miss the warm days and warm waters of Lake Lure for sure - it's been a mountain lake dream come true!
