One of the best locations in Wilmington, Gorman Plantation is a beautifully lush and serene neighborhood that feels like it's away from it all, yet it's just a five minute drive to Mayfaire Town Center and a ten minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The Cross City Trail is easily accessible as well, making nearby shops and restaurants walkable and bikeable.
