- Room: The office is a lovely place to work. It gets a lot of natural sunlight, overlooks the natural area, and provides a level of peace that's great for focus.
- Tree: This sounds funny, but the dead one in the natural greenspace behind the house. It gets so much action from local wildlife, especially birds, like woodpeckers, songbirds, & even hawks looking for their next meal.
- Walk: We loved to walk the neighborhood in the evening. A nice loop through the community can be walked that passes a playground, field, and dog park.
- Hike: Bethesda Park is a short walk away which has walking trails and outdoor courts. The Eno River is our favorite place to go camping and is only a 15 minute drive away.

- Living Here Has Been: This house was our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better situation. The garden is a calming activity that can be down year round. The location is unbeatable, we could go camp at the Eno River Park, head over to downtown Durham for drinks, or catch a Hurricanes game at PNC arena all within a 20-minute drive of us.
