    Angie was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first time homeowner, I had a multitude of questions. Not only did she always have the answers, but she anticipated the questions I might have and gave me as much information as she could ahead of time. She always got back to me quickly.     Angie acted as our buyers agent this spring during a tough time for buyers: few properties available, and lots of competition! She intuitively picked up on our likes and dislikes, and introduced us to beautiful areas of Charlottesville that we didn’t know much about. Angie always got us the earliest possible showing appointment on new listings, stayed in frequent contact with sellers agents, and kept us in the loop. We ended up buying our new home in a tense multiple bid situation, and it was clear that Angie’s consummate communication, negotiation skills, and calm demeanor got us our house! We highly recommend Angie, and would not hesitate to use her services again!

    Angie was absolutely awesome. She was recommend to me by one of my friends and it was a great experience. She spent time looking for properties based on our interests and actually found us the perfect spot. We were from out of town so she went out of her way to drive over to the property on several occasions on our behalf. She even connected us with local inspectors and contractors to help get us the information we needed on the propoerty. She was pleasant, helpful and super responsive, highly recommend!
