Erin Samuels has lived in Virginia all her life. She grew up in Hanover County, attended James Madison University for college, and now finds herself embracing the breathtaking views of Madison County. She is extremely passionate about helping others and has volunteered with numerous charities in the Charlottesville area. When she's not in the real estate office, she can usually be found snuggling her newborn baby boy, playing with her daughter, listening to live music with her husband, or spending time with family and friends.

Our sale was tricky and a previous offer fell through prior to working with Erin. Erin went above and beyond. Starting with connecting us to contractors, setting up a renovation budget and goals for selling the house, and connecting with other agents and prospective buyers. Her communication was phenomenal, with no questions or concerns left unanswered. Erin always acted to our benefit. Whenever a problem arose with the sale, she had an extensive network of experts who were extremely professional at what they do. I do not believe it would have been possible to achieve our goals without Erin. She was always positive, optimistic, and persistent. We are writing this review from the comfort of our new and gorgeous house, and we cannot recommend Erin highly enough. -
