Having spent the formative years of her life in Williamsburg, Virginia, Karen first came to Charlottesville to attend the University of Virginia and quickly fell in love with the neighboring landscapes and energy the city has to offer. Following a graduate degree from UVA, she promoted the beauty and life of Charlottesville to countless prospective students at the Darden Graduate School of Business. Karen was awarded CAAR's Rookie of the Year early in her career and has since built her business on referrals and happy clients. Karen takes great pride in her work and is not in the business to simply “close deals;” she actively listens to her clients and acts as a trusted adviser, skilled negotiator, and valuable community resource.
